KID’S SEWING LAB :: CRITTERS part 1 + 2
Thursday July 9th + 16th 6:30-8:30
Introducing KID’S SEWING LAB! This series of classes is for kiddos aged 9-13 and designed to teach sewing skills and creativity in a fun and whimsical way. These classes will cover sewing machine safety and the basics like threading, changing needles, winding a bobbin, and more! We will also focus on hand sewing to attach buttons and embellishments.
In the CRITTERS classes will be dreaming up and sketching a critter friend (an animal, insect, amphibian, or a made-up creature!) and then turning those sketches into patterns to stitch up a stuffies using upcycled textiles, buttons, trims and more.
THIS CLASS INCLUDES:
all supplies to create your critter
TWO 2 hour classes at the BOLT studio
4 hours of instruction from Erika
